In order for return and/or exchange your device you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AveraDigital. Please note that you have 15 days upon receipt of device to return and/or exchange for a different device.
Products purchased through AveraDigital and under warranty may be returned for replacement by following these steps:
1. To obtain a RMA number, please fill out the RMA Request Form below or email AveraDigital’s Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Fill out the entire RMA Form and submit required attachments.
3. Our Replacement Department will process your request and assign a RMA number.
4. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions, including the assigned RMA number.
The bottom of the original packing slip contains Avera’s returns address.
Be sure to obtain a RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the box(s) with this number.
Ship only the items that are authorized.
