Replacement Policy

In order for return and/or exchange your device you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Catronics. Please note that you have 15 days upon receipt of device to return and/or exchange for a different device.

Products purchased through Catronics and under warranty may be returned for replacement by following these steps:

1. Contact Catronics’ Customer Service at 1-866-528-1100 to obtain a RMA number.
2. Fill out the Return Material Authorization Form in its entirety place the RMA Form in the
3. box with the item(s) being returned.
4. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
5. Our Replacement Department will process your request.

  • The bottom of the original packing slip contains Catronics’ returns address.
  • Be sure to obtain a RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the box(s) with this number.
  • Ship only the items that are authorized.
